Project Design documentation was developed in the scope of Conceptual Solutions.
The designed facility is intended for the production of sterile and non-sterile medical devices (surgical implants). The planned production capacity is 495,000 pieces/year.
In the course of the concept, a list of the necessary main and auxiliary buildings and structures for the implementation of the project was defined, production sites were allocated, the main process equipment was selected, the main types of resources for technological needs and their number were determined, the required number of personnel was set.
The following sections have been developed as part of the concept:
- Architectural solutions;
- Structural solutions;
- Process engineering solutions;
- Heating, ventilation and air conditioning;
- Water supply and sewerage;
- Power supply.
